Shareholder sues HP for having abandoned TouchPad and webOS

Curious demands never cease to appear in the land of pointless lawsuits, USA. The difference here is that somehow we agree with the trial of HP filed in federal courts of the North American country. Richard Gammell, a shareholder of HP, just made a giant class action lawsuit against the company because the stock fell 20% after the announcement that it would abandon the manufacture of devices such as touch pad and change the way you work with webOS. Gammell says HP misled shareholders by making positive statements about the performance of the company, which actually was having financial problems and lack of leadership. For now, HP has chosen not to say anything about it. Anyway, hope that the trial proceed in order to reveal some details about the decision to wipe out everything that originated with Palm .
